Fresh Spinach and Shaved Parmesan Pizza

since my graduation dinner at tommaso's my mom was talking non-stop about the fresh spinach and shaved parmesan pizza.
thanks to hayley who can taste something and know exactly what's in it and how to make it {a talent i absolutely don't know. can't make a single thing without a step by step recipe} i tried to make it for my mom.

pizza dough, sauce, cheese, garlic, lemon juice, fresh spinach, shaved parmesan.
{don't ask me what order because i'm sure i did it wrong}

things i learned: don't burn the cheese, nasty. a small amount of garlic goes a long way, no need for 4 cloves, oops. still better at the restaurant, but pretty darn good!

This looks delicious. Don't you hate how it always tastes just a little better at a restaurant?

Looks great for a first try! I love "salad" pizza so much. I would gladly give up the soup I am eating right now for this.

Mmmm yum! The hubby and I make our own pizza's, and we use spinach a lot on them. The only difference is we pile ours like 4 inches high of all kinds of toppings, we crazy!

Mmmm next time we will have to add parmesan cheese!

That looks delicious! Did you use a red sauce? I bet it would be really good with pesto.

Yum.. I always overdo the garlic too.

So for the card - I do not have the specific location (but I will try to ask her, she is MIA half the time right now settling back into the class) - BUT it is made my lark press.

they are sold in about 4 places in SF.. I will see if I can narrow it down soon:) so cute. I love how she added the black vancouver heart.

That looks delish! I'm a fan of homemade pizza ever since I discovered Pioneer Woman's (easy) pizza crust. I will definitely have to give the spinach a try!

Yum! That actually looks amazing! I actually have spinach, and was trying to come up with something more interesting than salad to do with it. I just might try this!
