Hello there! I'm Taylor Rae from the blog Daily Dose of Sunlight. I'm so pleased that Niky and I have teamed up to bring a bit of San Francisco back into her, and your, life while she is in Barcelona. I'm going to dive deep into some local spots around San Francisco complete with photos and detailed descriptions. So, here we go!
The very first place I would like to share with you is the Suppenkuche BierGarten located in Hayes Valley at the Proxy Project. The Proxy {as us locals call it} is two blocks of outdoor amazingness. The goal was to create an environment of food, art, culture and retail using basic shipping containers. They have done an awesome job with the space and every time I go there is another aspect that catches my eye.

While you are exploring Hayes Valley be sure to...
-sip a cocktail at one of my favorite bars, Two Sisters Bar and Books
-go shopping {underground} at Cary Lane
-pick up a gift, or something, funky from Rare Device
