Nerja, Spain

Although I absolutely loved Malaga,
the Malaga beach was one of the more dirty, crowded and just gross in general beaches
I've been too.
{I'm talking dead fish, tons of floating bird feathers and trash}

So we took a one hour bus trip to the small beach town of Nerja for the day.
It's a beautiful little beach village.
Cute little restaurants and cafes, palm tree lined promenade and not to mention the gorgeous little sandy beach coves and crystal clear (and very cold) water.

i think it's ridiculous that so many european beaches are so so dirty! it's disgusting and i don't understand why they wouldn't want to clean them up!
but this beach looks incredible! your photos are so beautiful!

I have heard Nerja is beautiful, but had no idea just how much. Your pictures are fantastic!
I didn't really like Málaga beaches either, and same goes for Barcelona city beaches. But a little outside the city the beaches are gorgeous! I saw Castelldelfels was on your Bcn bucket list, did you go there? It's my favourite around here!
