I made the most delicious Mango Avocado salsa.
I'm surprised we had any left to put on the Salmon because we were standing around it with chips going to town!
I love love love Salmon and is a staple food in our house.

I sort of followed this recipe with tomato except no cilantro or jalapeno.
I marinated the salmon with olive oil, lemon and a little garlic
and my dad grilled it on the bbq.

We are HUGE avocado fans around this house! Between the two of us we usually go through 6 a week! This looks amazing, would never have thought of mixing it together with mango :)

Mmmm! I love salmon too. I try to eat it a couple days a week. Add avocado and a salsa to that and I'm in heaven.
