I love this! I'd be afraid to spill juice and mess it all up! I'm hosting a baby shower in a couple of months, I'll have to see if I can come up with something similar.
I completely understand. I would be so scared that I would end up spilling half of the juice and ruining the whole thing. It's just such a pretty setup.

This turned out sooo cute! Mimosas are my fave too! My mom made a mimosa bar for our Christmas morning breakfast and it was a big hit.
