My cooking abilities are slowly getting better over the last few years
But I still have to follow pretty closely and only very rarely alter the recipe (and only if i found the alteration in another similar recipe)
The veggies were the very first thing I've ever made without specific directions!
And I made them almost every single day this summer.
I even got Ryan to eat some of it. Shane on the other hand would rather starve than eat them.
Every single person who had them has asked for the recipe and is shocked at how easy and delicious vegetables can be.
(and probably other vegetables I haven't thought of to add)
toss in olive oil, sea salt and oregano
lay out on baking sheet
bake at 450 flipping veggies half way through
they are done when shriveled and golden
but you can pretty much cook them as much or as a little as you want.}
I've been sauteing them on my hot pan since I don't have an oven here.
Still so so good.
Guess what you should have for dinner tonight?
