Make New Friends

Thank you Madrid/Spain for having so many random holidays and work days off.
Thank you heater for keeping me warm inside.
Thank you students for teaching me mounds of patience every. single. day.
So thankful for this long weekend and a Thursday to rest, relax, shop and catch up on hw.

I'm hiring Maggie as my Spanish tutor :)

Hi La Vita Mia readers! Me llamo Maggie Broderick (and here’s to hoping that’s not all I remember from my Spanish minor). Just like you, I am living vicariously through Nicole’s Spanish adventures, and dreaming of the day when I can live abroad once again. Meanwhile, I am a recent college graduate who is juggling a few part-time jobs in order to follow my change-making, service-orientated dreams. As an early 20-something, Cardigans and Passports tracks this crazy transitional period through my music on repeat, words of wisdom, and take me back musings. I am a wandering soul, but with faith, family, and friends, I am rooted in my home state of Arizona. If you are in need of some encouragement, new tunes, or nostalgia, definitely check out Cardigans and Passports. ¡AdiĆ³s! (Spanish Word Count: 3…I guess some of it stuck.)

Caroline is so sweet, she lives near San Francisco, takes frequent trips into the city and I get to look at her pictures and remember the carefree days of college!

Hi everyone! My name is Caroline and I blog over at Perpetually Caroline, my own little corner of the web where I can ramble on all I want about surviving college and appreciating all of the little things in life! There's also a pinch of food, style, beauty, and travel thrown into the mix. I'd love it if you stopped by to say hello!

Maria has the sweetest, smiley little boy, you have to see his full face drooling smiles!

Life According to Maria is about love.  My love of my family including our adorable baby boy, my love of the work I do, although it's incredibly hard sometimes, my love of products that make my life easy/more enjoyable, my love of photography and my love of life in general.

Kelsey has hit the Holiday Gift Guide right on the head! So many great gift ideas that would be hard not to keep for myself. Plus her wish lists are literally my exact wish lists... which will stay a wish list so I don't have to lug it all back to the US.

My name is Kelsey and I live in Annapolis, Maryland and work as a Development Coordinator at a local art center. Annapolis is breathtakingly beautiful and I am so lucky I get to call this city home. I am active in my community as a member a of the Junior League of Annapolis and I also volunteer with METAvivor, a breast cancer organization my Mother helped to create. In January of 2009, about six months before my Mother lost her battle with breast cancer, she and three other women founded this organization. Unlike other breast cancer organizations, METAvivor focuses on research and awareness soley for metastatic breast cancer. I was recently featured in The Everygirl and shared mine and my mother's story.

My blog, Kelsey Nicole, focuses on my love for styling and fashion with a bit of lifestyle and travel mixed in. Come say hi and check out my 2012 Holiday Gift Guide Series!"

Thanks for all the link recommendations. Next month I am having a baby, so I am going to have more time at home to check out these blogs (when I am not taking care of bubba, that is!). :)
