Had a delicious Sunday brunch in my little piso.
I love having friends over and making a feast of delicious food.
It's a little more difficult trying to find the space to cook, but we make it work!
Used this recipe for the potatoes and then cooked and scrambled the eggs right over them, adding salt, pepper and garlic.
Obviously fresh tomatoes and avocado make it.
Yeesh, how is it already Monday?!

this is actually the most wonderful thing... also, our dining hall chef is famous for his breakfast quesadillas where he adds salsa in it... soooo good!
Your breakfast in your unbelievably tiny kitchen looks so much better than the Raisin Bran I had in my big kitchen. So, once and for all we know...size really doesn't matter.
